Product Warranty

Our Policy

Wanted Wanda offers a 6-month warranty for all products. The jewelry is delivered in the branded Wanted Wanda box, along with the warranty certificates. The warranty certificate, located in each box under the sponge, is completed with the date of product sale and its name. The warranty covers all aspects of production and execution: soldering, construction, assemblies, welds, and plating. The crystal itself is considered consumable and is not covered by the warranty if it is chipped, scratched, or damaged. We offer repair services for jewelry with broken crystals, with the customer bearing the cost of the crystal replacement, excluding labor or other additional costs. The transportation costs for repairs will be borne by the customer.

All Wanted Wanda products undergo a manual quality check upon receipt from production. Any products with manufacturing defects are eliminated before reaching our customers. For this reason, manufacturing defects in products delivered by Wanted Wanda are extremely rare. The products are delivered through fast courier services. We do not provide a warranty for products delivered through Romanian Post

The average duration of product use (when worn daily) is as follows:

  • Simply glued crystals (flatbacks) – 6 months
  • Crystals applied with a press on synthetic leather – 4 years
  • Silicone constructions – 2 years
  • Cement constructions – 5 years
  • Assemblies – 2 years
  • Welds – 2 years

– Galvanizations depend on perspiration acid but last at least 2 years.

The average duration of use, as defined by the law (O.G. 21/92 point 20), is the time interval established in normative technical documents (certificate of conformity) or declared by the manufacturer or agreed upon by the parties, within which long-lasting products must maintain their functional characteristics if the conditions of transport, handling, storage, and use (established in the warranty certificate) have been respected. For the average duration of use, the manufacturer is obligated to keep spare parts in stock for repairs. This procedure does not coincide with the warranty for manufacturing defects or hidden flaws, as it is subject to an additional cost.
